I love bread. For the past year or so, I’ve been experimenting with different recipes. Today I made Italian bread using a recipe that was made for a stand-mixer, so no kneading.

The process took quite a bit of time (from start to finish, about 2 hours) but the end result is totally worth it.

I like the science and precision that go into recipes; I like the ability of experimenting and adding my own ideas even more. I added in herbs, olive oil, and garlic powder.
